Anti-theft alarm going crazy - help

1999 Explorer XLT 4X4

Had to jump the battery the other day because I accidentally left the key turned for several hours.

Ever since the jump the stock anti theft alarm is going crazy. Any time I lock the car and shut the door the alarm goes off. I don't use the fob so the only way to stop the alarm is by entering my security code with the buttons on the outside driver door.

I've never had anything like this happen before from jumping the battery.

Is there any way to "reset" the anti theft alarm or disable it?
