Any apps available for MFT Explorer addition?

I know some of the other Ford model lines have "apps" available such as Pandora , although when I go to syncmyride.com it doesn't look like there's anything available for Explorer owners.

Any reasoning as to why that is, and whether the MFT upgrade may enable that? Does anyone here have any apps installed?

I dont think there are any available as of yet. Not sure if this will change after the upgrade.

You can use Pandora, TuneIn, Stitcher, etc directly from your phone via the bluetooth connection.

true, but as the poster pointed out it does have a "apps download" tab on the MFT- or something really close to it.

I'd counter that really dumb would be spending time on apps when the underlying software doesn't work well.

We're working on releasing the Performance Upgrade to our customers first. Once that has been completed and we're satisfied that all the current issues have been resolved, our MyFord Touch engineers will start working on integrating AppLink.
