Any experience with high flow cats

Has anyone used the high flow rate catalytic converters on an explorer? I am considering these as a replacement for my currently failing factory cats.

none on the x, but i run one on my focus to keep it legal for jersey inspection

if your running stock exhaust then id say go with whatever is cheaper as your not going to notice a difference all that much due to the stock exhaust restrictions, if your going to run a new exhaust from the y-pipe back then id say its worth it

Thanks for the reply. I am going to open the pipe from 2.25 to 2.5" and go woth a Flowmaster 70. I have the Pro Racer software form SCT are there any changes to my current tune that you would recommend?
