Perormance Accessories makes a 3" body lift. Cost is around $300. Other options are tortion twist and lift shackles. Or you can also buy suspension lift for for it for a few grand. There are other options also depending on your level of mechanical skill.

Bodylift, $300 plus install if you don't do it yourself, so it'll probably end up being around $1000.
Torsion Twist and shackles, gets you 1.5". TT is free plus an alignment, shackles are around $60/pair. It was winter, so I had an alignment shop do the whole thing on my old Trac for about $160.
Superlift suspension lift, around $2000 plus install.
