Any PCM updates for 03 V8 Explorer???

I asked this in the sticky up top but didn't get a response. I'm wondering if there are any PCM updates for a 2003 Limited 4.6L Explorer that will help with the crappy transmission shifting problems?

The factory tune for the V8's is extremely conservative.
