Anybody experience throttle body whistle?

Guys I have a 65mm lightning throttle body and for some reason it likes to whistle, do the stock explorer throttle body's whistle?

It might not be the throttle body thats whistling but it might be your IAC that doing it need to check to see if there is a black rubber cap on it, if is there remove it and that should take care of the whistle.

i had this same thing happen to mine with a stock TB and after installing a k&n type air filter kit on it.

Ditto Cybergasm. I just removed the black cap and it went away.
