Anybody rebuild an A4LD

if reverse works fine when all eletric unpluged could the delayed engagement still be from servo

delayed reverse engagement is it the servo o ring if reverse works great when i have the electric parts un pluged talking about the tr sensor and the 12 wire plug on left side

I just finished reassembling my A4LD and there is an extra part which i do not know where is goes. Can anyone help?? The part is some kind of metal bracket the size of a small cell phone. Has 2 holes for some kind of pin to go through.
