No this is the link, it is actually projector convex lens and a hid kit. The convex lens allow for focusing of the light thus making the light actually useable. As it is now the stock light uses a scatter method of projection. That's why you blind on coming traffic. You can adjust the stock lens downward but then you are taking away useable lighting. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130343266421&ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:US:1123

Nothing for the ST is premade. You would have to retrofit projectors into the current housings. I've been looking around for a little while. Really want some HIDs because these halogens just aren't cutting it when all your other vehicles are HID
Actually, about 2 years ago there were all sorts of premade ebay Halo light kits... they ran about $250 for the head lights and all. But they have all disappeared now... I suppose its possible for a few of them to pop back up eventually but its about as likely to find fender flares on eBay again...
I know its a little late...but i modded my ex headlights. I think trac headlight housings' might almost have the same diameter as the low-beam on the ex...
If your wanting just the halo and not the projector you can make them yourself pretty easily. You can look up DIY halo and you should find a how to set on it.
It pretty much consists of buying a clear plastic rod, the kind on the blinds in your house, and heating it in the oven and bending it into a circle. Drill a hole in the ends for the LEDs. Reflective tape on the backside to reflect the light better.
Put your headlights in the oven to loosen the glue to pry them apart. Place your halos inside wire and reinstall.
They would look sick on the ones with the black housing
A benefit to DIY isis the freedom to choose the color, brightness, size, and shape of them. You could even put a demon eye in, which would be a little easier.
Here's a vid of a demon eye kit being installed on a mustang
