What a pain in the a$$
There is no notch in the arm rest to use to pull the door closed or prevent it from hitting a car you're parked next to! I almost put a good ding in a car today cause I could not catch the door.
There is a handle to pull on but its under the power window buttons out of the way and because its close to the hinges, makes the door harder to close because you don't have the leverage.
Seems in 07+ this was corrected.
Looking at the arm rest on the 06 it seems its a separate piece from the panel and may be able to be replaced...
