Anyone got a instruction on how to remove door panels?

Just as the title says. I want to learn/know how to remove the door panels before I tackle them during spring break as I plan on installing my components and crossovers. Also I will be applying some dynamat as well so I would like to know how before I tackle it so I wont break it or anything. (OEM parts are expensive, mind you! lol)

BTW, my explorer is a 3rd generation (2004) in case you want to know.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

P.S. my mom's expo got both of her windows inoperable so I might have to look into them as well.

You need to gently pry this plastic part.its just two clips. the rest is easy

those files are from your service cd? or you got just have those files?
