Off the 210 freeway in Azusa. Exit Azusa, go north keep going up the canyon. Yes there is a offroad park, that where you are going

Just seen in an older post about Santiago peak and Holy jim's, any reviews? Thinking about checking it out this weekend instead of Azusa.
