Anyone in the Charlottesville area?

I am planning on removing my aal and shackles, and maybe one spring and performing the SOA conversion. My only problem is i am new to the area and live at an apartment so i have nowhere to do this. I can get the perches welded and have the tools i just need somewhere to do the work. If anyone is interested let me know.
