Anyone is the Va area?

Anyone in the Va area want to do a 3 inch pa body lift for me? I have a 1995 explorer xlt 4 dr 4wd. I dont know any shops offhand that arn't gonna cost an arm and a leg. Or does anyone have any site or something with detailed discription of how to do this? Thanks for the help
