anyone know if the front grill conversion he did.. where he put the grill and lights from a mountaineer is easy to do on my 00 xlt? is it a bolt on procedure.. or will modification be needed... any ideas?

Good question, I'd think the header panel would need to be swapped out for one from a Mounty (should bolt right up), then you'd need the lights, grille etc. Not sure if the fenders would need to be modified because of the curvature at the ends of the grill.
