does any of the newer ford ranger alternator bolt and connect the same as the 1995 ford ranger 4.0 does because from what ive read is that 1992-2005 Ford Ranger owners now have the option of a 130, 170, 200 and 250 amp alternator and or if anyone new what years the ford explorer put the 130 amp alternator in them that would match mine.

Idk about the ranger alt, but yours should be 130 unless it's a limited edition. I think eddie's got 160 option

well from what i found out by just looking up a rebuild kit for it they came with two options for that year a 95 amp and a 130 amp alternator and well by matching the pictures with the one i have its the smaller one so itd be the 95 amp but i found one at a auto salvage yard that they want 50 for it and its a 1995 ford f250 5.8L alternator but the only thing is idk if for one if it'll match up and two if it'll even work for a long time so idk but im gunna go look at it at 12:00
