Anyone know where to get this bearing? (NSK 6203DU2)

Did it start squealing after you rebuilt the engine? If so, it seems like too much of a coincidence that the pulley bearing would go out right when you removed and reinstalled the engine. Maybe it's a pulley alignment issue.

Na, it's been running for 12 or 13k miles with no squealing since the rebuild. I did put a new alternator in maybe 6 months ago and noticed the shaft had a slight bend and the pulley wobbles. I was going to swap the alternator too since I have my original still. Its been fine for a while though since I put the alt in. Its not a belt squeal it a bearing squeal for sure. I swapped the alt pulley and it still wobbles so it's the alt shaft that's bent.

For what it's worth, to me it's not a question of being thrifty or how much my time is worth.

It's more of the thrill of the hunt...

Damm, It only a machine and it's not going to beat my a$$.

Happy Thanksgiving guys...

Yes, I suppose (if you have the time) fixing the old pulley rather than replacing it ups the satisfaction quotient of the repair.

Happy Turkey Day to you as well.
