Yes I am having problems with the ARC system in my 1998 Limited Explorer. I have already changed the rear ARC shocks about 15000 miles ago. I am not gonna spend the money to put them in again and I have read a lot of threads on this site on people who recommend Bilstein shocks. I went and ordered 2 2133 for the fronts I think and 2135 for the rears. I am pretty sure thats the part numbers. I have the haynes manual for the truck but it does not give any instructions on changing from ARC. If anyone has done this and can help out I would really appreciate it!!!
