Are 3rd and 4th gen wheels the same??

Ok guys. I'm looking at putting 4th gen wheels on my 3rd gen. Is the offset the same?

I don't know what they are called but they are some 17" wheels and tires from a 2009. My 2002 needs tires and it would be cheaper to buy these used wheels and tires than buy new tires.
