Well my upper intake manifold broke on me yesterday and instead of dumping tons of money into an aftermarket one I've decided I'm going to stick with the Stock GT40 upper intake manifold. Waaaay cheaper and less hassle. I figure if I were to take it to a shop to have it welded and fixed I could easily be into it at least $50-$100 maybe more? Plus I've been told that the stock manifolds are better than any aftermarket manifold out there as far as torque. Well I found this one on Ebay that's going for $135 with shipping. It appears to be in excellent condition and came off a 98' Explorer.

My question is, is there a difference between the earlier and later model GT40 upper intake manifolds? I know 98' is the split year, my 98' model is the earlier model I believe. On the door it says 03/98. I don't know whether this manifold on Ebay is the earlier or later manifold but didn't know if there was a difference. If there's not than awsome. I just want the exact same one that I have now. What do you guys know?
here's a pic of my broken one:
