arg urgent help needed with install!

Hi there I need help! Ive got my factory radio out, but now I just cant seem to pull the connectors out of the back. Its a 98 Xlt with premium sound and the two main thick plastic plugs wont come out of the back? is there some trick to getting them out? what am i doing wrong?

There are little tabs you need to push in while pulling on the harness. They can be a serious pain in the ass.
