BoobyBouncer, a trail that has been affectionetly named by Clint. This run would be the 'Ultimate Exploration', seeing as we have no idea where it goes. When Clint and myself discovered it, we were in 1 vehicle and had to turn around.

The trail quickly rises out of the desert floor surrounding 4Peaks. When we turned around, we were well over 4000feet. Its a mixed trail, with loose dirt, rocks, steep inclines and offcamber situations. Not for the stock vehicles, unless you have a fetish for body/mechanicle damage.

I'm thinking around July 14th...after that I'm moving to Washington state.

What does everyone think?

I think Ill pass. I need to start on something a little less difficult with my new Expy.

Since its almost brand new, I want to get a feel for her before Im taking it to the extremes. Besides, shes all stock right now.

Where in Washington you moving to?

Just curious.

Woodinville...I've done a little wheelin before in the Sultin Basin area.

I know I just started this thread, but a few things have changed, and i'll be heading to Washington within 2 weeks...but clint knows the trail and he can take anyone who wants to go.

yep...sounds good, always looking for new trails, getting a little tired of always running around the lakes (coves) and what -not......I know it is an explorer type run (rangers slightly included) but Campbell and myself have a little group we go 4x4 with anout every 10 days on average, most of them would be up for some exploring as well, if it will be an open run....if anyone has tomorrow (Sun 1st) off I am taking some people out by the coves at Bartlett, late afternoon early eveningg to stretch our tires a bit.....

I like bouncing boobies ......maybye I'll bring some along for the entertainment heheh

Well, we ended up hitting the coves at butcher jones, saguaro lake area. interesting to say the least...
we found a 97 Jeep grand cherakee that had rolled on its roof. after some fancy winching, and some tugging by shipwreck, we got it off the hill...its a totaled vehicle. not to mention my toe which was shredded as i fell down the hill....

1st cove, off to the left of the big hill...where jesse almost rolled.

i think i also broke my heel.

That trip was the talk of work today......
Always an interesting trip.....my battery died again when we were almost out, I had to get a push, in the dark, going down a hill, to start my engine, needless to say my passengers were less than thrilled

Ryan, it was good seeing you again before you take off, have a safe trip....did you get that guys info for parts, just wondering

He got my phone number. He said he's going to see what the insurance company says, and if he's parting it out, he'll call me, and i'll get you in touch with him...if its parted out, the solid axle is yours.

Excellent to hear...actually one of the guys at work knows him, so if he doesn't get ahold of you , we can get ahold of him
