Hey guys. My 97 sport is giving me trouble with my radio fuse. I can't remember the exact number but it's for the radio and it keeps blowing, disabling my head unit for my radio completely. It's A 7.5 amp fuse so I replaced it and it temporarily worked and blew 30 minutes later. I tried using a bigger fuse (20 amp) and it still blew. I have subs and I have for several months and it's never given me issues. Any ideas or fixes?

Gonna have to recheck all ur wiring. You obviously have a short somewhere. I believe the cigarette lighter is wired on the radio fuse. Not for sure though. Make sure all ur radio connections a tight and wrapped in electrical tape.

Usually when a fuse blows it got to much power through it. Weather a bad wire connection or it grounding out.
