i'm sure this is a no-brainer for most- my 93' v6 automatic Ex - went out this AM in normal 2wd drive mode - quick grocery run. no problems , drove like a normal regular citizen (abnormal for me). parked it. I then went out back out a few hours later and instead of reverse i get a nice ratcheting noise- no drive either - same noise. checked fluid- it's down a little - maybe a quarter pint. topped it up - there are'nt any leaks . have I got a dead trans ? this is a new one on me . and why would it have worked - normally. and all of a sudden be pooched ?
