Autobox gasket sealant question

Doing an oil and filter change on the Autobox this weekend, I have a new gasket to fit as well.

What's the consensus on the best gasket sealant to use?

can i ask where you got the filter from?

I got it from the ford dealer, just over £24.

With the filter you get both O rings and a new shorter bolt, which is good as their system shows that both O rings are the same size (small)

So if my Oil Temp Guage arrives tomorrow in the post, I'll do the filter and Oil Flush with Amsoil Synthetic
