Automatically puzzled?

What automatic transmission do I have in my 97 or 98 explorer? It's a four door, 4x4, 4.0l, and it's green. That's about all I know about it.

I was able to pull it thanks to a write up on this site. I just want to know so I don't make any mistakes ordering parts.

It should be a 5R55E, but you can look at the door sticker to get the codes. IIRC it is on the driver's door.

Which is it, a 97 or 98? They both have the 5r55e, but the 97 is a little different then the 98+.
