Alright, got stuck tonight, was high centered on a snowy ice thing. While pushing it out and floorin it n whatnot.. All wheels were throwing up snow.. But then the front left wheel stopped moving while all the others were.. Did something break?!?!

I've seen this with stuck 4x4's, all wheel's except the front left spinning.

But it was throwing snow and then it just stopped.. Truck drives like normal, no clunking, normal steering... Help..

Akay stop flooring. If you're already stuck and not moving, flooring wont do much.

One wheel not "throwing up snow" is normal, you dont have a locker or other traction aiding devices in the front differential so one front wheel can stop spinning whenever it actually gets grip -- thats how open differentials work.

Ok, thanks.. It worried me!

Well, I got unstuck.. a buddy who was telling me what I should do n whatnot was getting us nowhere.

Thanks again.

I was climbing up on some cinder blocks and.. the left side would refuse.. it just pushed it outta the way.................
Could this be related to what I said above... I know what you said about the locker but.. AWD is supposed to be .. idk... Any explanation?..

Edit: Nevermind, I'm just worryin too much.. I noticed a picture I took during the summer when I got stuck in mud, almost no mud was shot up on the driver's side... I guess this is just how it works..

Still looking.
HAD one but those idiots fired me, called it "voluntary resignation" after I got into an accident and couldn't work... BS I say... screw them..

Where did that question come from?

Is that a bad thing or good?

lol

I'm finally getting into doing things to my vehicle..

What causes the vehicle to use both front wheels? It's not like 4x4 with certain wheels slipping, right? Cause it was spinning, and then it stopped? What causes that? What controls it?
