axle questions - Anyone, anyone

For the record and because no one even seems to talk about it around here, what axles would a 2003 4x4 v6 have?

I know that the rear axle is Ford 8.8.

Is the Front axle also a Ford 8.8????????? Is it reversed like the Expeditions. Or is it some kind of Dana unit?

Dana 35 (27 spline) reversed in the front, ford 8.8 31 spline rear
