Axle questions

I just bought a rolled 95 4X4 Ranger. I'm trying to ID the rear axle. The tag says "S374F 10 75 5E16", the axle code on the door post says "87". Is this a limeted slip? Ratio 374 right? Would it fit in my 2006 Ranger? Thanks

If my info is correct, its 4.10 8.8 28 spline open axle. Manufactured 1995, May 16th.

According to the info I have, the 87 axle code is for a 7.5" 4.10:1 open diff. Of course, it is possible that the axle is not original. There are other ways to ID the axle if the numbers don't add up:
