AXLE SWAP - Same Right??

I have a '94 Sport and I'm looking at buying a '97 Explorer rear axle to put on my '94 Sport. I'm doing this for a couple reasons, I want 4.10 gears, I want disc brakes and I'm doing a SOA conversion so I figured I might as well do it all at once. I'm not sure if the axle will fit exactly same though, are there any major changes since '94 I should be worried about? Thanks for the help.

Do a search and you will get more info! This has been done by a couple members and it went very well. There is a full write up here on the site if you will search it. Hope that helps.
