Back passenger door lock making clicking sound and not working.

Hi we have a 2010. The lock on the back passenger door makes a buzz/clicking sound when we try to unlock it. Also the same kind of sound when the blend door actuator makes when not working.

Any ideas? and is this something I can fix myself? I'm pretty mechanically inclined .

Another actuator with a different function. Buzzing sound you hear is stripped or slipping nylon actuator gears.
