back White Lites won't come on?

you know those white lights on the back where the third brake like is...the ones that turn on when you open your door. well i've changed the bulbs and they still won't turn on. third brake light bulb was out. replaced it and the brake light is working again, but no white lights...has anyone had this problem before? what else do i check?

Have you checked the fuses? A lot of the newer trucks have a button to turn that off. I don't know if the Rangers do or not though.

button? where is this button? I have checked all the fuses and they are fine. the inside lights of the cab turn on when i open the door, the outside doesn't....where else can i look?

Cargo lights, they also turn on it you rotate the instument dimmer to where the inerior lights come on too.

yea it still doesn't work...i'm thinking it must be something in the wirering, but where do i look..someone must have had this same problem before...i can't be the only one? or am i...where else can i look?
