Backing out is not an option

Seasoned members are probably tired of hearing about automatic hubs,but I hope to have some input to the problem that I have with my 1994 explorer. The auto-hubs have worked great for 190000 miles, but recently they work only going forward but not in reverse. Any ideas?

Welcome To The Forum! I never really had autos except for my 95 and 96 both my sports(92,94) had manuals installed because the auto's failed, not all members look here so you may want to try another sub-topic to ask in.

Have you removed your hubs and checked the condition of the nylon activation cam?
