Does any one have pics or instrutions on installing Backup camera? Trying to figure out how you brought the cable to the new head unit from the rear.

There are several pass throughs that are sealed with rubber plugs that run the length of the cab floor on each side. Just pop out the plastic kick panels that run along the floor and you can find them under the OEM wiring. I just popped one of the plugs out and drilled a hole for my grommet when I installed my new amp.

I ran wires out the bottom of the cab floor in the driver floorboard. I used an existing hole that already had a grommet so wires would not chafe. Then ran the wire in plastic loom along the passenger frame rail and secured with cable ties.

Just had to pull back the vinyl flooring to expose the holes.

I ran wires through a hole behind the back seats and under the carpets.

Question:
From the license plate to cab.
Where do you run the wires through the pickup bed to cab?

I ran mine along the frame to the gas filler tube, then along that for a bit into the cab through a plastic grommet under the back seats. Then under the seats across to the other side, and up to the front under the side plastic trim. Then behind the glove box.

Just purchased.

PYLE Backup Camera with Parking Sensors
Amazon PLCMPS48

Ran wires under drivers side molding and through pickup bed inner wheelwell panel, accessed power point opening to mount sensor control unit.
Drilled rear bumper hole. Wired power at left rear backup.
Work well, look good.

Thanks all. got it up and running.
