bad alternator bearing or tensioner pulley?

got the powermaster installed finally !

got this done today,the alt went right in,however,I decided to use 0-awg power wire,I had ordered online and didn't know just how thick 0 awg was ?
that wire really slowed the install.
I'll take some digital pics within the next few days.
I still have to do the ground side with the 0 awg and the matching battery terminal.

noticed right off the bat that the windows worked much faster,and I got an accurate reading on my tranny temp gauge {though I can't explain that ?}

Ok, I'm drooling for pics...that's like the next thing on my list after the Road Armor bumper comes in...I have to thank you for the heads up on that Alt, cause PowerMaster originally told me no for my truck.

:) Thanks!!

I had noticed that the power {hot} wire going from the fuse box to the new battery terminals was too short to work with,so I used a short run of 0-awg {stinger} wire,
so the fuse box is getting a much better connection ?
maybe that was the problem with the tranny temp gauge ?.

It could be because I've read that if you use aftermarket heavy gauge harnesses for the headlights that you get more power and slightly better lighting...

I could see where it would allow more power to the contacts.

I guess bigger is better. :D
