bad coolant leak

ok so when i bought my truck it had a coolant leak, but since i crashed it it got a lot worse so now would be the time to fix it i think. the lower radiator hose is the highest thing i can see with a trace of coolant on it, its near where the hose seals onto whatever it goes onto... btw i have a 99 xlt 5.0. can anyone shed some light on this issue please?

It might be a leaky water pump.
Take a flashlight and mirror, and look up under the waterpump
behind the pulley. There's a 'weep' hole there that leaks coolant
when the seal fails. If it's leaking, you'll need to replace the
water pump.

ok, how hard is that to replace?
