This happened on Thursday morning, the driver accidentally hopped onto a curb and hit a handrail. The handrail went through the front of the car, through the engine and impaled the passenger, it went in his groin and came out his shoulder, he was killed. I was riding around with a fireman and saw it firsthand, it was nothing I would want to see again. I know its an Expedition not an Explorer, just a reminder to always keep you eyes on the road.

no crap this happened in dalton? my roommate is from chattsworth and we're both living in rome right now. pretty crazy

Yeah it was pretty ugly. The guy that died was 16, he went to high school with me. Actually he was in my automotive class. The driver was charged with vehicular homocide, theft by taking, wreckless driving, and other minor charges. If convicted, he's looking at 10-15 years. The driver was 16 too.

BTW it was a stolen vehicle and the driver ran from the scene, leaving his friend there to die.

crazy stuff...

thats so f ed up. the youth of today man.

haha how would you know any difference 97 v8? You are a young'n too.

hahaha, ya true. (seriously i laughed out loud on that) like i know it may sound strange but the kids who are in 10th grade and younger are so much more babied than when i was in 1oth grade. I remeber when i was 8 an i wanted to buy a toy car, i asked my dad and he said, well work for it. At 9 i was mowin lawns. (reason was becuase i learned to drive at 8 and i had to drive something dam* it). But anyways.
