Bad cv joint?

My mom has a 1998 explorer 4x4. There is a vibration when she drives that is way worse at 60km. The car also pulls to one side bad. Sometimes there is a burning smell too. Everyone thought it was a wheel bearing but they are fine. No one can figure it out. Could it be a bad cv joint?

Bearing hub. Not sold that its really good. How was it checked? by whom?
Cv axle
Front differential
among other things

Check tires for abnormal wear and balance, also check the alignment.
