I have a 1991 Explorer sport model that had a bad knock. I can't find it anywhere. I have replaced the pushrods, rocker arm shaft assembly, timing chain and tensioner-guides, water pump, fan clutch, fan, and coil pack. I can't find it anywhere. Now it seems to be coming from where the engine and transmission mount together. It gets worse as the motor gets hotter. It doesn't knock if the motor is under a load or a vacuum(accelerating or decelerating). Does anyone have any ideas or similar problems?
