Bad News For Winter Wheelin' At Tahuya

Both Spillman and Kammenga campgrounds at Tahuya will be closing October 15th 2009. Picnic tables and restroom facilities will be removed. Technically they are removing the campgrounds. This is due to the budget constraints of DNR. Sad .................

I had a good time at Spillman last February

Was trying to be informative. Besides if you look at the state wide map there are a TON of places that have closed or are going to close. I "think" all the DNR campgrounds were/are also free ...... correct me if I'm wrong.
