I just bought a 1998 EX that had ru out of gas on the road a year ago or so. I replaced the fuel filter and got it running, sounds pretty good. When I went to take off the front end seemed kind of grabby. I got on the road and it popped and stopped moving and just ground. I can get it to catch and go forward a bit before it pops and stops again. reverse wont even catch. any input would be very appreciated.
