I had bad alignment and tires and ball joints..

i replaced all 4 ball joints and the drivers side wheel hub and got new tires for the front... there is a loud vibrations noise that fills the car.. it is so loud i cant even hear the radio.. the car does not shake or vibrate?/

what could it be? the noise it killing me...

did you balance the new tires?

It could be several things. First off get an alignment. Ask for documentation. Those being first readings, and after readings. If your alignment is good no need for alignment. Some reputable shops will tell you if they see something a miss. Also were you sure to put the cambers on correctly? These are the box looking washers that go with the upper control arm. You can either go through the hassle of raising vehicle and swapping them around and repeating till you get it right or get assentric (spelling i know) camber's from Advance for around $32 each side. You get the new cambers making sure the side with the smaller welded circle washer facing inward. If you are sure that you might have mixed them up you can do either of what i stated. Take a look at sway bar bushings, endlinks, tie rod ends. Anything on the front end can cause your problems. I will say this much though for the daily driver Ford, Moog offers a better (all around) control arm and ball joint assembly. Not to mention it's cheaper than AZ shipped!
