Question.... Does anyone have experience with claws? I would like to know how these tires are for a daily driver. I want some thing that is going to last for a while, and still give me maximum traction. What about the Baja Claw Radials? Thanks Robbie J

Not or unless you're rich. These things have HUGE tread that will wear VERY quickly on the road. You'll kill on the trail and in the rocks....but you'll end up paying for the tire shop. Check out Ricks truck for some photos of them. Just rember....his truck is not for everyday use.

Robbie, those tires are expensive! If you get them, stick close to the airport because you will sound like a turbo prop plane coming down the road :) For a daily driver, I would stick to a regular Mud Terrain tire like the BFG's or Goodyears. You will get alot more mileage out of these than the claws I am pretty sure.

a lot of people aren't happy with these tires, because they supposedly suck in the mud, and the lateral traction also is very poor. I don't have any experience w\ them, but that is what i have heard. Also...to get the sidewalls to flex at all, you have to air them WAAAAAAAAy down, and most aren't comfortable with that low of a pressure with out bead locks. so theres another expense.......

I don't really know how they perform, but they look damn cool!!!
