ball joint and tie rod help please

2001 explorer sport 4wd Hello i need to replace the ball joint and tie rod on the left side. I need some info on doing this and if there is any good sites for helping along this issue. i do have mechincal knowledge but never did this. thanks

It was more temporary than I wanted.
I am actually throwing in the towel and buying my own business instead. Bad economic climate to do it, but what the heck, I have plenty of time to give it.
 






Almost in the same boat been out going on 2 years and 4 surgeries (shattered left arm not the fall its the sudden stop that gets you every time) no job to go back to. What your new buisness?
