I just got mine and it said I might need a short piece of 5/32" hose and ford part #N802484-5100, uummm what is this all about?

Mike i dont' know what it was about. I think that it might have been for the break booster line.?.? Just take the smaller hose they give you put a little oil on it and slip the other booster hose over the top of it all the way to the TB housing. You shouldn't need anything else.
