Beach Driving

I have a stock 96' Explorer. I have just moved to the beach and have been doing a lot of driving on the sand. I have found that the sand is so rutted that I have been completley compressing my springs. I was woundering if there is anything you can do about this?

Do you mean you are hitting bumps and you are bottoming out the rear? If so you can do an add a leaf which would make it a bit stiffer and give you a tiny bit of height
