Bell housing bolts?

Trying to get the top two bell housing bolts out on my 4.6... Is there a trick?

When I did mine I used a long extension and lowered the trans down pretty far. I think the one on the right I was able to get from the side.

I dropped the cross-member and used about 3' of extension with a swivel on the end. It is a little trying, but not as bad as removing the starter or fussing with the exhaust manifolds.
