Belltech spring problem.

I just lowered my 02 xlt v6 with belltech springs which are supposed to be a 2" drop in front and 2.5" in the rear. I got the 2.5 in drop in the rear but only .5 in front? Is this normal? will they settle another 1.5" in front? Sounds highly unlikekly.
