I am starting to have a faint chirp and power steering groan when first starting up the X in the morning. Voltage drops to 11.7 when warm but the chirp and P/S groan go away. I was looking at the Belt Tensioner and it fluctuates about 1/4 of an inch when running, and wobbles about 1/2 inch when belt pressure is released. Is this normal?
