Bent e clip underneath power 3rd row seats

Hi all new to the forum, just picked up our 2013 limited this weekend. Yesterday when taking out some groceries and the factory floor mats from the back storage area I noticed a black e-clip on the carpeting. It was underneath passenger power 3rd row seat. Anyone else seen or heard of this? Is there a diagram of the motor anywhere so I could see what this may have come from? Wife is going to flip if this already has to go back to the dealer for a fix. Thanks for any help

I hope you enjoy the new ride. As for the e clip, I don't know if I'd be too worried about it. Unless something stop working or falls apart, I'd wait until you visit the dealer again and then ask them. It might be a 'spare' part that ended up in your vehicle. I don't think those things come off that easily.
