so i wrecked my sploder, and on impact i bent the radious arm bracket. This means that i need to replace it. But i was thinking maybe i could put some extended radious arms and brackets insted of replaceing the stock one. Is there a cheep way to do this? here is a link to the pictures of my wrecked car. http://www.myspace.com/bikeboarder07

i would say wait until you really lift it. stock replacements found on the board will probably be cheaper.

little update. Today after work(6pm) i went to napa and bought the drivers side RA bracket. The guy that "helped" me assumed i was some dumb@$$ kid that diden't know what i was talking about. before he even picked up a book or touched a computer he tried to tell me that my car had A arms and that it would be a dealer only part even if it did have the twin I beam setup. So i asked him to check the computer because they listed that part on the napa web page. So he checked and said "its in stock. what elce do you want?" That is my first bad napa experience, and i was supprised usally they are great.

Anyway. the bracket was $66 after tax. I got it most of the way in but i was just having one hell of a time tighting the nuts and bolts because of the tight spots and the RA arm and axel did not want to stay foreward and up. i eventually got it almost all the way back together but i just got way to tired. so tomorrow i will tighten up all the lock nuts and drive it to the alignment shop.

So far i have spent just about $150 on parts to get it rolling again. the bigest thing was the steering box, and RA bracket. so now that i have those done/almost done i only have body work to do.
